The Foundation Center 2007 Annual Report

  • Description

The Foundation Center began more than 50 years ago as one small library. But from the beginning, our mission has been to spread knowledge about U.S. philanthropy as far and wide as possible. Over the decades, we've made good on that commitment, establishing a presence in metropolitan areas, but equally important, in far-flung outposts across the country through our hundreds of Cooperating Collections. We've also taken our show on the road, making sure our trainers and experts visit these locations to share their knowledge with people in hard-to-reach and underserved areas, so grantseekers and grantmakers everywhere have opportunities to learn, network, and grow.
