• Description

This is KDK-Harman Foundation's third annual Summer STEM Learning Report. The report includes data and analysis from the foundation's Summer STEM initiative, based on our observations and the application of the Dimensions of Success instrument, a nationally-recognized assessment tool for informal STEM education developed by Dr. Gil Noam, founder and director of the Program for Education and Afterschool Resilience (PEAR) at Harvard University. This report details the Summer STEM learning for K-12 students in the metro-Austin area and hopes to contribute to the conversation about how cities are building out-of-school-time "ecosystems."
